A STRONG QUALITY PRODUCT
A combination of different stylistic devices is used to create the motifs. drawing made by hand from the basis. These are then scanned and digitally retouched. Numerous optical security features, such as high-resolution patterns, multilayer structures, individual guilloche pattern and UV colors, are added.
Famous personalities, flora or fauna, automobiles, events, historical occasions, licensing products… the are no limts to the choice of motifs.
The security paper is printed in a complex process consisting of different stages. Offset, intaglio and digital printing high resolution are used.
Design, format and paper:
High quality design in banknote style.
Format: 145 x 70 mm (5,71 x 2,76 inches)
High quality security cotton paper with watermark 95 g/m2 (0,31 oz/sq ft), UV dull, chemical reaction, 2 invisible UV fibers (yellow and blue) and watermark “waves”.
Offset printing:
5+5 spot colors (2 UV fluorescent + 1UV pantone color mixed + 2 rainbow effects + 1 UV rainbow effect + 1 pantone mixed with UV color).
Micro text, multilayer structures, line modulations, individual guilloche pattern
Intaglio printing:
The result of intaglio printing is a highly detailed and structured print image that is appreciated for its depth and complexity, as well as for the tactility of the motif in the paper.
Numbering:
Unique serial numbers in black color in digital printing on one side of the note, alphanumeric.
Produced using state of the art tecnology, the commemorative notes are in no way inferior to real banknotes and set them apart from cheap souvenirs.
Viewed with a Magnifying Glass:
The motifs feature patterns of very fine and multicolored lines.
Hologram:
Security holographic foil in golden or silver color, appliaction of the hologram using the hot foil stamping process in an individual shape. Nano security features.
Viewed under UV light:
Many details and information appear in different colors under UV light.
